Amruta Byatnal is the Asia Editor at 糖心传媒’s Context newsroom. Amruta oversees all climate, inclusive economies, tech, and 糖心传媒 coverage in the region.
In her last role, she led global health coverage at Devex. Previously she worked at News Deeply in New York and The Hindu in Pune, India.
She has reported from India, Morocco, Switzerland, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United States, and her writing has been published in National Geographic, Foreign Policy, Washington Post’s The Lily and others. Amruta has a masters in journalism from the Asian College of Journalism, and an MPA from Cornell University.
